Registration for the 78th Midwest Clinic is now open. All exhibiting companies receive a number of complimentary registrations as part of the exhibitor package. The number of comp registrations and the corresponding promo codes have been emailed to the company contacts. If you have not receive this email, contact Tom Moore at [email protected].

If one person is registering all of the attendees for your company, you will use the Bulk Registration Process. Please note, you will need to complete the registration information for all of your complimentary registrants in order to submit the form. If you do not have this information for all of your allotted complimentary registrations, you should use the Individual Registration Process. If you are having each attendee register themselves, they should use the Individual Registration Process as well.

Bulk Registration Process

This can only be completed by the individual(s) listed as contacts in your exhibitor registration account. If you need to add a new person as a contact to your exhibitor account, contact Tom Moore at [email protected].

1. Log into the EVENT PORTAL

If this is your first time logging in, click “Forgot Password/First Time Login” to create your login. A few minutes after submitting your address, you should receive an email to set your password.

2. Once in the Event Portal, click on the “Exhibitor Hub” Page.

3. You will see a section labeled “Tasks”. Click on the link to “Bulk Register Your Staff”.

4. All of your attendees’ fields must be updated to submit your form.

5. Once you have added your attendees, use your Bulk Registration Promo Code to redeem your complimentary registrations.
