Media Release Policy

Attendees to the annual Midwest Clinic Conference understand and agree that while on the premises of McCormick Place West, Conference Hotels, and at Midwest Clinic-sponsored and affiliated events, that photo and video recordings may be taken. These recordings and photos may be used by the Midwest Clinic to promote its mission and the annual conference, and may appear on the Midwest Clinic website, social media accounts, in print media, and elsewhere.
