Every year, 18,000+ musicians, students, educators, and music industry professionals gather in Chicago for 4 days of inspiring performances, thought-provoking clinics, and meaningful networking. The Midwest Clinic offers an opportunity to businesses and organizations to connect with this engaged audience in two ways: through exhibiting or sponsoring the conference.

Exhibits are part of the large exhibition floor, which is located directly off the main concourse that all attendees pass through. Exhibitors include: instrument, uniform, and accessory makers; drum corps; composers and sheet music publishers; university, armed forces, and professional ensembles and programs; music tech providers; and many more. Sponsorships are available in many forms, ranging from content in our digital conference program book, to onsite signage, to email and app banners, to support of Clinic programming initiatives such as the Reynolds Conducting Institute or the Emerging Music Educators Program. Sponsorships may be “mixed and matched” to suit your needs, but should be booked early, as many placements will sell out in advance of the conference in December.
